The school evaluates credits based on how much students have achieved in terms of their personal goals.
The credits are also evaluated through daily study records and the quality of the outcomes.
Through this evaluation process, the school and student repeat a learning procedure of PLAN, DO, and SEE to measure the student's improvement in their ability to plan and complete assignments, and achieve their ultimate goals.
YES.
Students can enroll and begin studying from anywhere in the world.
In fact, students sometimes enroll in the "College Entrance Course" while still residing in a foreign country in order to prepare for college entrance examinations in Japan.
Since the school uses e-learning through the Internet, students do not have to return to Japan simply to prepare for college entrance examinations.
The Washington State Government requires at least 20 credits (i.e., a minimum of 3,000 study hours) to graduate from high school.
Assuming that students have sufficient transferable credits from previous schools, they can graduate in as short a period as six months.
Some students take one to two or even more than three years to graduate.
A:YES.
Students’ credits from Japanese or overseas high schools, including Asia, South America, the Middle East, Europe, USA, etc., will be transferred.
Also, the school will count 3rd year credits from Japanese middle schools towards high school graduation.
A:A student’s personal learning coach will be his/her private teacher/advisor.
The learning coach does not "teach" the subjects under study, such as math, science, English, etc., but instead guides each student through his/her entire learning process.
More specifically, the coach will help each student choose and create his/her own learning subjects and assist them in the process of learning and achieving his/her goals.
This learning coach method is based on a unique system called "Learning Success - Discover Your Child's Learning Style," developed in the US.
In the "College Entrance Course" two more teaching specialists, an English teacher and a college entry counselor from the TOFL Institute, will work alongside the private learning coach.
In the "Special Course of College Entry," two more teaching specialists from the TOFL Seminar Institute will work in conjunction with Inter-highschool's private personal learning coach. TOFL's English teacher teaches English, and TOFL's college counselor helps students with their overall college entry strategy, such as selection of the most appropriate colleges and the preparation of applications.

A:Students usually meet up with one another in such places like student clubs, culture schools, athletic clubs, hobby clubs, and through many other activities.
