Students who fulfill the following conditions below are eligible for application:
1) Students who have graduated from middle school or the like by March 2010 in either Japan or abroad.
2) Students who have finished their second year of middle school in Japan in April of 2010 and will finish their third year to graduate in 2011 (it is possible to enter this school from the 3rd year of middle school (limited to middle schools in Japan only).
3) Students who have an academic achievement equivalent to a middle school graduation (this also includes students who have dropped out of secondary school)
4) Students who are presently enrolled in a secondary school in Japan or abroad.
→Returnees and students who studied abroad must individually come for counseling regarding transferring their credits they received abroad.
→Transferring from any types of schools, such as international schools, will be recognized.
→There is no age cap.

Applicant Screening, Interview, Composition:
1) The student’s English level will be checked for the Special Course for Higher Education and, then the student’s initial study level will be determined.
2) Students who may have difficulty coming in for the interview must have their interview over the telephone or Internet meeting. Students who wish to have an interview using Skype and the like must have a PC camera, microphone, speaker, and an Internet speed equal or better than ADSL.
Students will work together with a private learning coach in choosing the study subjects and appropriate methods and achievement goals. The learning coach will personally lead and closely work with student under the student’s specific learning and study style. In this course, students will strive towards receiving American High School diploma of Washington State.
This is a course designed for students who wish to enter into private universities such as Sophia University, Waseda University, and ICU and others. English Tests such as TOEFL and TOEIC will be used as the base to improve the student’s English level in preparation for University Admission’s Office Examinations (all studies for English Test are counted towards gradation credits).
This is a course designed for students who wish to enter a university abroad. Along with improving the student’s TOEFL scores, which is requirement for studying abroad, the student will also receive assistance with researching and choosing the appropriate school he/she wishes to study at. The student will also receive help preparing the applications, entrance essay on why they wish to study abroad, and others.
